The only thing left to do is figure out why they switched bodies. It's unlikely they're close romantically as seen in both body switches. It's possible only one of them likes the other which may lead to a wish of getting closer. It's possible to fall in love like this, but it is just unlikely to change your opinion from rejecting a confession to loving someone. Or it's a curse for members of the cultural club which requires them to look deeper into the mystery and find a solution.

Of course, you respect the body and keep your perverted thoughts inside, but of course that's no fun.
I'm thinking that the series will probably focus on the members finding out the reason why and how they switch bodies, other than all the body switching :3

Family issues can be interesting so that should be ok.
Surprised it took them this long to turn "Body Transfer" into an anime.

There are several anime with one off arcs, but for it to centre around body swaps, I guess they just needed an interesting story to actually sell.
